I wish the North American Defender database that Escort uses was available for the Garmin! Some warnings are better than none but I was disappointed in the Cyclops in my areaĪnyone have better experiences in their area?There are another two possible explanations for your experience in LA. ![]() I was in the Los Angeles area a few weeks ago and had my Garmin and an Escort radar detector with GPS and their Defender database, of the ten redlight cameras I went by the garmin warned me about two, the Escort warned me on all ten. Just wanted to warn people if they don't know already that the Garmin Cyclops is not a very complete database. ![]()
